Holland takes on Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury
Chase Holland and his WEST Trucking No. 45 Modified team were part of a 55-car field at Fairbury (Illinois) Speedway over the weekend as the 2025 Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals officially came to a close with the Prairie Dirt Classic. The event took place two weeks after the “Hell Tour” portion of the Modified Nationals wrapped up.
On Friday, Holland qualified 10th in his group on the quarter-mile Fairbury oval and took sixth in his heat race.
The next night, he finished 15th in his B-Main and earned the 24th-place starting position in the $5,000-to-win feature. However, rain postponed the 40-lapper to Saturday, August 30.
