Chase Holland
Pair of top-5 results for Holland in Hell Tour Week 2
The 2025 edition of the Summit Modified Nationals rolled on from Thursday through Sunday with Chase Holland finishing in the top five twice.
Action was slated to begin at Quincy (Illinois) Raceway on Wednesday, but the event was rained out. That meant Holland first hit the track in his Industrial Dock & Door Co. No. 45 Modified at Lee County Speedway on Thursday.
Holland finished second in his heat race on the 3/8-mile oval in Donnellson, Iowa, and started fourth in the 25-lap A-Main. He climbed one position in the race and finished third behind Drake Troutman and Trevor Neville. Austen Becerra took fourth and Michael Long came home fifth.
On Friday and Saturday, Holland raced at Pevely, Missouri’s 1/3-mile I-55 Federated Auto Parts Raceway Park. Friday’s show saw a week-high 36 DIRTcar UMP Modified entries.
Holland took third in his Last Chance Showdown in the Friday program and turned in a 12th-place result in the 25-lap feature after starting 21st.
The next night, Holland was runner-up in his heat and started sixth in the 25-lap main event. He finished 19th after suffering transmission issues.
Finally, Holland wrapped up his four-day slate on Sunday at Lincoln (Illinois) Speedway. He took third in his heat race on the quarter-mile oval and advanced from his seventh-place starting position to finish fifth in the 25-lap A-Main. He crossed the start-finish line behind Hunt Gossum, Ray Bollinger, Neville and Cole Falloway.
